SAUDI Arabia’s King Abdulaziz Foundation (KAF) on February 19 treated Filipinos with a colorful cultural exhibit and dances.
KAF held the week-long event in collaboration with Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) in Pasay, Metro Manila.
KAF Acting Secretary General Dr. Fahd Abdullah Al-Semmari led the event with Saudi Ambassador to the Philippines Abdullah Bin Nasser Al-Bussairy.
Among Filipino dignitaries at the opening included National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) Secretary Saidamen B. Pangarungan, National Commission for Culture and Arts (NCCA) Chairman Virgilio S. Almario, and the CCP leadership.
The KAF and the embassy conducted the event in honor of and to strengthen further diplomatic relations between the Kingdom and the Philippines.
