QWIKWIRE continues to expand its reach, this time a tie-up with a real estate company for luxury properties to enhance its cross-border settlements.

Offering global billing and invoicing solutions to enterprises, Qwikwire has signed an agreement recently with Landco Pacific Corporation in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, as they finalized their partnership. It was held at latter’s headquarters.

The deal is between Aqwire, Qwikwire’s real estate settlements arm, and Landco.

Present for the signing last month on September 17 were, among them, from Qwikwire,  Ray Refundo, founder and CEO and Earvin Ang, co-founder; and  from Landco, Ms. Maria Cristina Carmen M. Zuluaga, president and CEO, and Ms. Vivian S. Liban, financial consultant.

With the deal fleshed out, lot owners of Landco who are based internationally will now be able to settle their real estate related fees funded by their own foreign credit or debit cards using any device connected to the internet.

What it does to lot owners is make it easy and convenient for them to settle their reservations fees, monthly recurring amortizations, and property dues without even leaving the comforts of their own beds.

In an email to SDN — Science and Digital News, it was learned that Aqwire has been continuously expanding its networks and has been able to close deals with some of the Philippines’ top real estate firms.

With the deal sealed, Landco is now the 17th real estate enterprise in Aqwire’s list of partners, which include the majority of the country’s Top 10 real estate developers, not to mention two international developers. More partners are in the pipeline, it was learned.

Aqwire developed its first cross-border settlements portal and started to process, and settle, real estate transactions for property developers in the latter part of 2015, when it piloted with Century Properties Inc.

Focusing primarily on cross-border or international transactions, the company poured most of its resources on various sales and marketing initiatives with the aim to garner more paying customers and enterprise clients. This led to its tremendous growth in 2016, with no signs of stopping, Qwikwire’s email said.

Refundo set the tone for some of the company’s goals for developers.

“We want to help real estate developers in the country to globalize their businesses by connecting them to the top banks in the market. We want to make it easier for them to receive, identify and account for all global transactions seamlessly and easily, at the most competitive rates, using the latest in banking and financial technology available in the market today,” he emphasized.

On the other hand, Landco has been pioneering upscale developments in the Philippines for over 25 years.

The real estate company’s luxury projects have been sold out, one of them its flagship project, the Peninsula De Punta Fuego, positioned as the country’s first private and exclusive seaside residential resort, and Terrazas De Punta Fuego. Both are located fronting the pristine beaches of Nasugbu, Batangas.

These upscale, luxury living communities include some of the best amenities available in the market today, making it ideal for everybody wanting to invest in real estate or live in a tranquil, relaxing ambiance that provides a welcome escape from the city’s fast-paced, hustle and bustle lifestyle.

Other noteworthy Landco projects include The Playa developments, including Playa Calatagan in Calatagan, Batangas; Playa Laiya in San Juan, Batangas; and Playa Azalea in Samal Island, Davao. Signature blue-label first homes in WoodGrove Park, San Fernando, Pampanga; Waterwood Park in Baliuag, Bulacan; Montelago Nature Estates in San Pablo, Laguna; The Courtyard at Lakewood Golf Estates in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija; and Woodridge Garden Village in Zamboanga City, and more in Quezon and Cavite provinces.

Refundo and Ang founded Qwikwire in the United States six years ago, established to provide comprehensive solutions for enterprises and help them make their business global. The company provide full customer support for all its enterprise clients using the latest technologies available. (Qwikwire/SDN)
