For one in particular, I wish to thank Globe’s personnel in the said branch most particularly its very pro-active Assistant Manager Mr. Randy Rodrigo for his impressive work ethics in attending to never ending queries from their queuing customers from all walks of life.
Often stressed by the number of workloads of official paper works and inter-agency meetings, I find myself always visiting Globe Power Plant to raise some customer related issues and I am very lucky everyone is readily available upon request to provide the much needed attention and assistance. Once resolved, I must confess you leave fully satisfied and happy. Globe Power Plant’s standard of customer service promotes clarity of company values which motivates old and new clients, including myself and friends to continue and expand well established business relations with the said telecom company.
