VUE TAGAYTAY BOUTIQUE RESIDENCES, Tagaytay City, March 31, 2023 (SDN) — Travel bugs always seek a hotel that’s more to their liking. Comfortable, clean rooms, courteous staff and personnel, and has the little things that make one’s stay hassle-free.
Whether you are on a business trip, for pleasure, on vacation, or just plain traveling with or without a companion.
Looking for a hotel to book your stay can sometimes be a hassle. And that would spoil your trip just from the beginning.

You may either go physically — if that’s in your city — to your preferred “home” for the next few days, or book online through a hotel’s online booking platform.
Or use an app specifically designed and purposed for booking. And there are many apps out there. You just have to choose carefully because there could be unseen hitches — another spoiler of your trip.
Happy Hotels joins list of booking appsÂ
If you are presently planning on trip, then you are in luck.
A new booking app was launched today here, it’s called Happy Hotels, joining the many booking apps out there in the wilds of the internet.
Happy Hotels CEO and Founder Emmanuel Jason Lao, assisted by Happy Hotels Head of Business Development and Sales CheChe Perez launched their booking platform today, here, a place for staycation for its cold weather. But today was hot as the sizzling summer sun continues to shine proudly.
Presently, Happy Hotels can now be downloaded via Google Play Store and App Store.
At the launch, Lao, who worked before with international brands, said the app’s design “embodies the Filipino culture…our love for God…hospitable…happy.” He said he wanted an app owned by Filipinos for Filipinos…we will try to improve as we go on”.
Lao speaks about going head-on against the known international brands which have been online for years.
Also in the pipeline is a planned partnership with airline services for domestic travel.
In a statement provided to journalists and bloggers, it was learned that Happy Hotels caters to both local and foreign travelers for their ease and convenience of booking hotels, bed and breakfast (BnBs), and dormitels Philippine-wide with just a click of their PC mouse or press of their smartphones.
“With this new booking platform, Happy Hotel aims to provide customers with a seamless and hassle-free experience while expanding its reach and empowering local business owners and workers,” the statement emphasized.
Designers of the app made in such a way to cater to Filipinos and tourists’ diverse travel needs coming to the country. It offers various accommodations that match different preferences and budgets. One of its main features is Happy Hotels’ ability for its users to see and browse through the nearest accommodations where they are presently located using the app’s “Near Me” section.

This early, Happy Hotels is offering users of the app a number of promos they can already enjoy the following discounts from Vue Tagaytay Boutique Residences, 50 percent; Asiatel Pasay, 20 percent; and Skytel Puerto Princesa, 25 percent.
Lao explained their goal in coming up with the booking platform.
“Our goal at Happy Hotels is to empower local business owners and their workforce by providing them with a platform to expand their market and reach more customers. We are dedicated to understanding the needs of the local market and offer a variety of accommodations that cater to various preferences and financial capabilities. Our tagline, ‘Share the Happy Moments with Happy Hotels’ embodies our commitment to delivering a memorable experience that will stay with guests long after their stay,” says the Happy Hotels founder and CEO.
And if the travel bug is biting now, the app is offering a variety of destinations across the country, like your favorite spots such as Boracay, Siargao, Tagaytay, Metro Manila, and Cebu. The platform included a diverse range of locations as it seeks to provide travelers with more options to plan their ideal vacation while also supporting local businesses.
To establish itself in the hospitality world, Happy Hotels has struck partnerships with more than 100 properties throughout the Philippines. In the pipeline is a plan to add over 500 hotels, dormitels, and BnBs every year. Happy Hotels noted that this projected growth is aimed to help promote and support the local tourism industry as it provide Filipinos and tourists with a seamless and efficient way to book their travel accommodations.
It does not stop there.
Happy Hotels does not only provide convenient booking services; it also has a charitable heart as it plans to donate 5 to 10 percent from every user’s booking fee proceeds to their charity of choice, which they can do in the app’s Charity Options menu. (/)
