(SDN) — Happy days came in a deluge to a punter in San Roque, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija: the lucky bettor won Ultra Lotto 6/58’s whopping Php366.68-million jackpot.
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced this the other day, saying the 6/58 registered only one winner, who guessed correctly the winning combination of 43 – 58 – 37 – 47 – 27 – 17.
Ultra Lotto gave out a total of Php366,687,465.20 in prize winnings in the PCSO drawing on a Friday, June 30, 2023.
Meanwhile, 92 punters had a near miss of becoming millionaires after guessing five of the winning numbers, giving them a consolation prize of Php120,000.
On the hand, 3,793 bettors got four of them winning combination numbers worth Php2,000 for each of them.
A total of 44,780 bettors will get Php100 each as they got three of the winning numbers.
In relation with this, the PCSO has been reminding bettors to take care of their tickets because tampered, torn, wet, or damaged tickets may not be read by the validation machine.
After buying a ticket, the bettors should write their name at the back of the ticket and signed it. Only those holding a winning ticket will be able to claim the prize money.
The charity agency has a “No Ticket, No Prize” policy.
Unclaimed prizes are added to the Charity Fund of the PCSO.
