Then following was on September 22, when Cayetano led the launch of the Lifeline Assistance for Neighbors In-Need (LANI) Scholarship Program for EMBO students.
Since the 10 EMBO barangays are now legally and finally belonging to the Taguig local government unit (LGU) residents can expect more her administration.

For those who are not aware yet, Taguig’s 10 new barangays are Comembo, Cembo, South Cembo, East Rembo, Pembo, Pitogo, Post Proper Northside, Post Proper Southside, Rizal, and West Rembo which had been under the local government of Makati City.

Expectedly, Cayetano did not disappoint the assembled EMTRITAGFED officers and members as they listened to her assurances of support.
In her message, the Taguig chief executive expressed her eagerness to work with the organization, listen to their concerns, and come up with programs which will benefit the transport groups.

(Translation: Here in the City of Taguig, we recognize the importance of the transport sector. Now that you are already part of the Taguig community, I want to make you feel Taguig’s TLC: our dream to achieve a Transformative, Lively, and Caring City.)

During the open forum, they raised their concerns regarding tricycle franchises, eligibility for medical and educational assistance, as well as other benefits, which Cayetano and City Administrator Atty. Jose Luis Montales immediately addressed.

Officers the tricycle groups likewise made their response, and show their love in return.

(Translation: We are very thankful for your very warm reception to us from EMBO. Our hearts and minds were enlightened on the goals of Taguig. From the bottom or our hearts we thank Mayor Lani for this opportunity.)
