CLARK FREEPORT ZONE, Pampanga — The NCMF North Luzon Regional Office under Regional Director Atty. Raihanah Sarah T. Macarimpas through its Pampanga Provincial Office led by Officer-In-Charge/Provincial Director Atty. Abbas Macadatar attended the Regional Peace And Order Council III (RPOC-3) Third Quarter Meeting at Royce Hotel, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, on August 13, 2024.
The highlight of the business for the day was the Ceremonial Signing of the Free Workplace Policy of both National Government Agencies (NGAs) and Local Government Units (LGUs). This is part of the advocacy program of the Council to ensure and promote a drug-free work environment, promote employee health and safety and increase public awareness of the importance of a drug-free workplace in Central Luzon.
Resource speakers from National Intelligence Coordinating Council (NICA), Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), Philippine Air Force (PAF), Philippine Army (PA), Police Regional Office (PRO), and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) also presented the latest situation, significant accomplishments, issues, recommended measures/interventions and ways forward in the following areas: Peace and Order Programs, Internal Peace and Security, Criminality, and Illegal Drugs, among others.

After an open forum, the Chairperson’s Hour was given by Governor Hermogenes Ebdane, Jr. Province of Zambales, the chairperson of the RPOC-III, followed by an adjournment.
NCMF-North Luzon employees Sitti Divina Mohammadshaid and Palawan Pacasum were also present during the Council Meeting. (/)
