BAGUIO CITY — The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), in partnership with the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) North Luzon conducted a Mobile Registration in Mariveles, Bataan
Covered in Mobile Registration on Tuesday, September 16, among NCMF-North Luzon’s constituents are the following documents:
— National ID (PHILSYS) registration: FREE
— Birth Certificate Issuance: Php155.00
— Death Certificate Issuance: Php155.00
— Marriage Certificate: Php155.00
— CENOMAR: Php210.00
Other documents were also included through the NCMF-North Luzon’s provided Mobile Registration Units at Barangay San Carlos Hall, Mendoza Street corner V. Semilla, Mariveles.
Headed by Regional Director Atty. Raihanah Sitti T. Macarimpas, NCMF-North Luzon reminded those concerned that there corresponding fees for the documents payable to the PSA.
Documents were released on the same day, a highly convenient process.
NCMF-North Luzon Legal Division Joins SPMS Harmonization Workshop
In another development, the Legal Division of the NCMF–North Luzon Regional Office participated in the Fourth Batch of the Workshop on Harmonizing the Results-Oriented Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) Manual, held on August 5-6, 2026, at the Park Inn by Radisson, SM North EDSA, Quezon City.

The two-day workshop aimed to strengthen the alignment of the Commission’s performance targets with its Major Final Outputs (MFOs) and Success Indicators, ensuring consistency and uniformity in performance planning, monitoring, and evaluation across the organization. The activity likewise contributed to the Commission’s preparations for its ISO 9001:2015 recertification audit by promoting standardized performance measurement and documentation practices among its regional offices.
For the North Luzon Legal Division, the workshop provided valuable guidance in reviewing and refining its Division Performance Commitment and Review (DPCR). Particular attention was given to the Division’s key programs and deliverables, including Legal Assistance, the Community Legal Education Program (CLEP), and Bisita Selda: Kamustahan with Muslim PDLs.
NCMF-North Luzon Legal Division Chief Atty. Abbas S. Macadatar, together with Special Investigator III Abdul Hakim D. Dianalan, led the delegation.
The participation of the Legal Division underscores its continuing commitment to results-oriented public service, accountability, and the effective delivery of legal assistance and services to Muslim Filipinos in Northern Luzon. (/)
