(SDN) — NOT UNLIKE RAMPAGING WILD HORSES, THE LOS ANGELES LAKERS STORMED OUT OF THE GATES AND COOLED OFF AND OVERWHELMED THE MIAMI HEAT!

Thus, led by three-time NBA champion LEBRON “King” James and ANTHONY “AD” DAVIS, the Lakers defeated the Heat and gave the stories team its 17th championship crown.

It marked the end of 10 years of futility for the Lakers, tying its fierce rivals the Boston Celtics. Since 2010 the Lakers have not won a crown and also failed for years to get into the playoffs.

Not anymore.

James, Davis and their able supporting cast and their stifling defense have made sure the drought ended today, October 12, 2020 (Philippine time).

Credit the Lakers’ suffocating defense to their first year new head coach Frank Vogel, who made his players bought into it.

At one time in the third quarter the Lakers took their lead over the Heat of Erik Spoelstra at 34 points.

After the dust has settled in the 2019-2020 NBA Finals, Lakers 106, Heat 90.

And raucous celebrations 10 years in the making started, with confetti raining onto the court.

To be updated.
