Pasig City General Hospital Asks for Help to Reach Family, Relatives of Patient Michael Tubig Baal with Cerebral Infarction

PASIG CITY — The Pasig City General Hospital (PCGG) has appealed to the public to help reach the family or relatives of a male patient who suffers from heart ailment.

Name is Michael Tubig Baal, 46 years old, with address at No. 931 Santan Street, Masagana Compound, Barangay San Miguel, Pasig City, Metro Manila.

SDN – SciTech & Digital News learned from a post from the Pasig City Information Office about the appeal, saying that laboratory tests indicated the patient has Cerebral Infarction due to cerebral artery thrombosis and Acute Respiratory Syndrome and now relying on Nasogastric Tube or (NGT).

The PCGH related that the patient was brought to the hospital Emergency Room last December 10, 2025.

“Based on the information gathered by PCGH, G(inoong) Baal was last visited by his relatives on December 24, 2025. Since then, PCGH has tried to conduct home visits and other interventions, such as finding his temporary accommodation while his family’s whereabouts have not yet been determined, as he could be discharged from the hospital,” the hospital said in its appeal.

“Tinatawagan po ng pansin ang pamilya at mga kamag-anak ni 𝐆. 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐓𝐮𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐚𝐥, 46 taong gulang at naninirahan sa 931 Santan St. Masagana Compound, Barangay San Miguel, Pasig City.

“Siya ay dinala sa Pasig City General Hospital (PCGH) Emergency Room noong December 10, 2025, kung saan base sa ginawang pagsusuri siya ay mayroong Cerebral Infarction due to cerebral artery thrombosis and Acute Respiratory Syndrome at kasalukuyang naka-depende sa Nasogastric Tube o NGT.

“Batay sa nakalap na impormasyon ng PCGH, huling dinalaw ng kanyang mga kaanak si G. Baal noong December 24, 2025. Simula noon, sinubukan ng PCGH na magsagawa ng home visitations at iba pang intervention, gaya ng paghahanap ng kanyang pansamantalang tirahan habang hindi pa natutukoy kung nasaan ang kanyang pamilya, dahil maaari na siyang i-discharge mula sa ospital.

“Kung mayroon pong nakakakilala o may impormasyon tungkol sa kanyang pamilya o kamag-anak, mangyaring makipag-ugnayan sa Medical Social Work Department ng PCGH at hanapin si Ms. Leniva Espiloy, RSW sa pamamagitan ng sumusunod na contact numbers: 8643-3333 loc.103 o 09368643732

“Tulungan po natin si G. Baal na makasama muli ang kanyang pamilya sa pamamagitan ng pagbabahagi ng post na ito.
