BAGUIO CITY — On October 14, 2026, the NCMF-North Luzon, through the Settlement Division, conducted an Advocacy Campaign on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) and Mobile Registration for the Aeta community at Porac Elementary School, Camias, Porac, Pampanga, in coordination with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), the Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO), the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), and the Islamic Research and Education Academy (IERA) Pilipinas, represented by Ustadhz Omar D. Nuguid.

NCMF-North Luzon is under the leadership of Regional Director Atty. Raihanah Sarah T. Macarimpas.

The activity facilitated access to civil registration services, including the provision of free birth certificates by the PSA to 183 actual beneficiaries out of the 200 targeted beneficiaries, assistance with birth and late registration, National ID registration, and guidance on the correction of entries in civil registry documents through the concerned PSA and LCRO personnel.

DICT provided connectivity support to facilitate the delivery of services in the area.

Through this collaborative initiative, NCMF-North Luzon and its partner agencies and organizations helped address barriers to civil registration and brought essential documentation services closer to the Aeta community, promoting greater access to civil registration and related government services.
