Lone Bettor in Taytay Wins 6/58’s Php163.3-Million Jackpot

(SDN) — A lone punter in Taytay, Rizal, hit on Friday, August 05, the huge jackpot of Ultra Lotto 6/58, taking the Php163.3-million prize money.

According to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), the winning ticket was traced to a lotto outlet in Taytay, entitling the outlet’s operator more or less a commission of Php500,000.

Winners of the charity agency’s lotto jackpots and prizes of its other gaming products have a period of one year to claim their winnings; otherwise, unclaimed prizes are forfeited by the PCSO.

PCSO Responds Promptly with Aid to Manila Fire Victims

Meanwhile, the charity agency now headed by Chairman Junie Cua has responded promptly to fire victims in Sta. Cruz, Manila, Metro Manila.

On Thursday, August 4, the PCSO under the new leadership of former Quirino governor Cua and Vice Chairman and General Manager Melquiades A. Robles, provided prompt assistance to 402 families of Barangay 311, Zone 31, District III, Sta. Cruz.

The PCSO immediately distributed relief packs containing mats, blankets, rice, canned goods and choco powdered drink to the fire victims who are temporarily residing in separate evacuation zones in the aforementioned barangay. — EKU/PCSO (✓)
