Fortinet Asia 2022 Operational Technology Cybersecurity Report Launch Thursday

(SDN) — A battery of speakers will be on hand Thursday, September 22, 2022, at the launch of “Fortinet Asia 2022 Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Report“.

The event will be held at SMX Convention Center, SM Aura Premier, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.

Fortinet Philippines Country Manager Louie R. Castaneda will lead the speakers as he discusses the launch of Fortinet Asia 2022 Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Report and overview of OT and the importance of securing OT.

Director of Global Cyber Security Advisory and Head of Asia Pacific Cyber Security Practice Kenny Yao, on the other hand, will dig in into the OT landscape in the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) region with information deep dives into industries.

Regional OT Solution Architect in Southeast Asia and Hong Kong Adam Wu and Fortinet Philippines Manager for Systems Engineering Nap Castillo will demonstrate OT attack patterns by simulating scenarios from real-world environments.

Meanwhile, Business Development Manager for OT Security Nick Largo will tackle the Philippine OT landscape and core issues faced by Philippine OT enterprises.

Fortinet Philippines through its public relations agency, PRC, invited a host of guests from the security sector as well as leaders of enterprises and business based in the country.

This should be an informative and educational and eye-opening event.

It will also answer or address various challenges facing Operation Technology as the world shifts to more automation.

Answers to questions such as “What form will the threat come from, and how will the organization respond?” for sure would be highly anticipated and awaited.
