QUEZON CITY — The Bureau of External Relations (BER) under the leadership of Acting Director Sajid A. hasEnsamtan has successfully completed its scheduled International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Internal Quality Audit.
ISO Consultant Antonio “Tony” P. Santos cconducted the latest audit at the NationalCommission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF)-BER office in Quezon City.
NCMFScheduled internal audits are conducted across all operating units of the NCMF, spanning the central and regional offices. These audits are designed to assess compliance, review process effectiveness, and maintain certification standards.
This initiative aligns with the 2026 harmonization of the Commission’s Quality Management System (QMS) in preparation for the upcoming ISO 9001:2015 surveillance and recertification audits.
Following a meticulous evaluation by the ISO consultant and the Commission’s Internal Quality Auditors, both divisions of the BER — the Foreign and Local Assistance Division and the Public Relations Division — received a rating of “Conformity.”
The BER extended its sincere gratitude to NCMF Secretary Sabuddin N. Abdurahim for his steadfast support of the Bureau’s initiatives as the BER also commended its dedicated personnel, whose commitment to upholding ISO 9001:2015 standards ensures the continuous delivery of high-quality service to its stakeholders.
